Buying from Flexcart
Flexcart is a Nigerian retailer, not a marketplace. All products are sold directly by Flexcart. Prices are in naira; product condition, warranty and availability are disclosed on the product page. Review the total before ordering. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you about an alternative or refund of verified payments for that item.
Payments and FlexPay
HitchPay processes online payments when available. Only verified payments count. FlexPay locks the agreed product price and terms when the plan is created. Minimum contribution: ₦500. At 55% of the agreed product price, an order becomes eligible for delivery review, subject to stock, identity checks and approval, not immediate dispatch. The unpaid balance, normally 45%, is repaid over six monthly instalments after confirmed delivery. Each is due on the corresponding monthly anniversary, or the last day of a shorter month. Early repayment is allowed. There is no interest, late fee or forfeiture of verified contributions.
Delivery
Standard delivery is ₦2,000 per order, shown separately at checkout. Timing depends on availability and your confirmed address. Supplier-sourced items must be received and checked before dispatch. Provide accurate delivery details. Delivery confirmation does not remove rights concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
FlexCoins and referrals
One FlexCoin equals ₦1 toward eligible checkout purchases, not cash withdrawal. A referrer receives 50 coins after the referred customer's first verified successful transaction, not merely signup. Only available coins can be redeemed. Cancellation restores redeemed coins once; cash refunds are assessed separately.
Verification and account use
Submit accurate identity information through the secure verification page when required for FlexPay. Never email documents, passwords or payment credentials. Keep your account secure. Suspected fraud or unlawful use may be reviewed or restricted without removing lawful consumer rights.
Cancellations and disputes
Cancel through your account when order status allows it; dispatched or delivered orders require return review. Our Returns & refunds policy and the product warranty apply alongside Nigerian consumer law. No term excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Email flexcartpay@gmail.com with your order number for help. Nigerian law applies; you may also approach the relevant consumer protection authority or court.
Updates
Updates apply prospectively and do not remove accrued consumer rights or change the agreed terms recorded for an existing FlexPay plan.
