Information and purpose
Flexcart uses account details, delivery addresses, orders, payments, repayment records, support messages, referrals and required identity-verification information to operate its retail and FlexPay services. Hosting and security services may process technical information needed to protect and operate the website. Processing supports our agreement with you, legal obligations, legitimate operational and fraud-prevention interests where permitted, or consent where required.
Sharing and security
We share only information needed by hosting, payment, email and delivery providers, or authorities where legally required. HitchPay handles payments; UseNotix sends service emails. We do not sell personal information. Identity documents are restricted to authorised reviewers. Passwords are not stored in plain text and Flexcart does not store payment-provider credentials. No online system guarantees absolute security. Submit identity documents only through the secure verification page, not email.
Retention and transfers
Information is kept only as needed for orders, ongoing plans, disputes, fraud prevention and applicable legal recordkeeping, then deleted or anonymised subject to lawful retention. Providers may process information outside Nigeria; applicable data-protection safeguards must be used.
Your rights
Email flexcartpay@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or other applicable rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act. We may verify your identity proportionately. Deletion does not erase outstanding obligations or legally required records. You may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. Marketing requires an appropriate lawful basis and you may opt out without losing transactional emails.
Browser storage and updates
Necessary browser storage supports sign-in, cart and security. Non-essential tracking, if introduced, requires appropriate notice and consent where applicable. We will update this page when practices change. Email flexcartpay@gmail.com for privacy questions.
